Return Policy:
We will gladly accept your return within 7 days of receipt of purchase, once approved we will be more than happy to issue a store credit less the shipping cost, upon receipt of the item. All final sale/clearance items cannot be returned.
Things You Should Know:
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for a return. Item must be able to be resold.
If you placed your order during a sale, your store credit will be the price paid for the item. When repurchasing the sale price does not apply.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

Include your original invoice. If you have misplaced your original invoice, no problem!! Just include a paper slip with your name, order number and indicate whether you are requesting store credit or an exchange. If the size/color you are requesting is unavailable, a store credit will be issued and you will be notified.
Once we receive your return, we will then inspect items for any damages, smoke, and wear.
If you item meets our return policy, we will issue you a store credit within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Please keep your return shipping tracking number.
Any returns received outside of our return policy guidelines will become the property of Crowned Pearls Boutique and no store credit will be issued.
Incorrect Orders:
If there is an error with your order (missing an item or you were sent something you did not order), please contact us at crownsnpearls2018@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt.
If you do not alert us to any errors within 3 business days, after 3 business days all sales are final.
